I wanted to answered some of the questions I’ve been getting about my FREE 5-Day Sales planning challenge 2020.
It’s a FREE 5-day challenge in a private Facebook Group, there’s a short task every morning as well as a 'live' every evening for me to answer any questions that you might have - about the task or growing your business.
Is it going to be a massive time commitment?
Most of us are juggling our businesses around work or family or other commitments – or often all of those. I wanted to keep this challenge as efficient as possible. Each video in the morning is just a few minutes long and I will post the video with the task from 6am for those that want to be able to watch it before the rest of their day begins. Each task will take you between 10 and 15 minutes depending on how long you want to spend on it.
The lives will be from 20:30 each evening. It would be great if you have time to join all or some of them – you’ll get even more insight, information and support and of course it's the ideal time to ask questions but if time is very short the tasks have deliberately been kept short.

Are the tasks difficult?
Each task has been broken down so they are simple. The five tasks build – one task builds on the next so that by the end of the 5 day challenge you’ll have your sales plan for 2020 and an idea of how you’re going to achieve it.
There’s limited maths – you can use a calculator! It’s simple, straightforward and I’m on hand – I’m in the group every evening ready to take any questions.
Does it work if my business has multiple revenue streams? (for example if I do products and services)
Yes! I’m going to be encouraging you to think about all the different places that your revenue comes from and of course if part of that is services as apposed to product that’s fine.
Does it work if I haven’t started my business yet?
This is an interesting question. It’s predominantly for people who have already started their business, however there is going to be so much invaluable information about how sales grow in product businesses, how we plan them, how we look at various opportunities, how we map it out and why that’s important – so although some parts of the tasks might not be relevant to you at this stage it will still be a very valuable challenge for you.
What’s it going to be like inside the challenge?
I’m going to be completely honest – I don’t know! This is the first one I’ve done. However having thought about and planned it for two years I have a clear vision for the challenge – it’s going to be a welcoming, supportive, high energy group – there’s no such thing as a stupid question. You will learn a lot, we’re going to talk about the big questions around moving your business forward but importantly it’s going to be FUN!
